Four of our five DCEPS Holmes Scholars recently attended their first AACTE conference alongside program director Dr. Emily Goodman-Scott, and they made quite an impact! During the event, they presented a national roundtable session, showcasing their research and perspectives. They were also officially "pinned" in an initiation ceremony, joining a distinguished network of Holmes Scholars from 57 institutions across the country. Additionally, Dr. Goodman-Scott was invited to present on how to launch a new Holmes Scholar Program, using ODU’s successful model as an example.
